1963

The Pioneer & Founding Era

Founded in 1963 by the legendary ENT surgeon Dr. T.A. Patil, MS (BOM), D.O.R.L., Dr. Patil’s ENT Hospital became the first exclusive ENT specialty center in the HKE (Kalyana Karnataka) region. After completing his advanced medical education at the prestigious Grant Medical College, Mumbai, Dr. T.A. Patil returned to North Karnataka with a powerful vision: to bring dedicated, ethical, and advanced ENT care to his home community.

Over the next few decades, the hospital grew into a trusted referral hub, serving generations of patients across Kalaburagi, surrounding districts, and parts of Maharashtra through clinical precision and compassionate care.

1991

Era of Expansion & Surgical Modernization

In 1991, under the leadership of Dr. Ashok T. Patil, the hospital entered a major phase of expansion and surgical modernization. Dr. Ashok Patil introduced advanced, minimally invasive surgical procedures to the region, establishing specialized programs in Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), endoscopic surgeries, rhinoplasty, microlaryngeal surgeries, and laser-assisted ENT procedures.

Continuing the core family legacy, Dr. Rohan Patil joined the clinical team in 2023.
